Our passengers know how much we value providing a reliable service – and we know how frustrating it is for them when the bus is held up in traffic and nobody knows how far away we are. And with the downtown traffic being what it is, this can happen.

The solution? Our buses are equipped with GPS and we’re working on a locator app so you can always check where the bus is – but in the meantime we’ve given our concierges access to the GPS system, so they can check where we are and keep you up to date.
